The Return Process
We've designed our return process to be as refined as every other aspect of your experience with VELIESSA.
Contact Our Client Relations Team
Begin the return process by contacting our dedicated client relations team via email at returns@veliessa.com or by telephone at +1 (855) 485-9273. Please have your order number ready, along with the reason for your return.
Receive Return Authorization
Our client relations team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for packaging your item. This authorization must be included with your return.
Package the Item
Please use the original packaging materials whenever possible. If the original packaging is unavailable, we ask that you use a sturdy box with appropriate protective materials to ensure the item arrives in its original condition.
Ship the Item
We recommend using a traceable shipping method with insurance for the full value of the item. For returns due to our error, we will provide a pre-paid return label. For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt, we will carefully inspect the item. Once verified to be in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding any shipping charges unless the return was due to our error.
Eligibility Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
- All accompanying documentation, certificates of authenticity, care instructions, and accessories must be included.
- Custom or personalized items may only be returned in the case of craftsmanship defects.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage beyond our control are ineligible for return.
Exchange Options
We are pleased to offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value (with payment of any price difference). The exchange process follows the same steps as our return process.
For limited edition or unique pieces, exchanges may be subject to availability. Our client relations team will work with you to find a suitable alternative if your preferred replacement is unavailable.
Due to the exclusive nature of some pieces, we recommend contacting us before initiating a return to discuss exchange options and availability.
Sale Items
Items purchased at a reduced price are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, and may only be returned for store credit or exchange.
International Returns
International clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return shipping process. These fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs documenting the issue.
